We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. When you contact us, make a purchase, or register for a class, we collect only what is necessary to fulfill that request — such as your name, email address, mailing address, and phone number.

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties outside of trusted payment processors and shipping providers required to complete your order. Your information is used only to process transactions, communicate about your purchase or enrollment, and occasionally to share studio news or new work with your permission.

Refund & Returns Policy

Original Prints & Products

We stand behind everything we create. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. A $15.00 handling and restocking fee applies to all returns. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

To initiate a return, please email info@simplyforeveryone.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return shipping instructions. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Custom Commission Policy

Custom commissioned works are unique, one-of-a-kind pieces created specifically for you. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to begin any custom commission. This deposit covers initial design consultations, material sourcing, and early production work.

Once a custom design has been approved in writing by the client, the commission is considered confirmed and no refunds will be issued. If you need to cancel prior to design approval, your deposit may be applied as a credit toward a future purchase or class enrollment. We are not able to accept returns on completed custom commissions.

Studio, Gallery & Classroom Policies

Simply For Everyone is a working home studio, gallery, and creative learning space located in Rochester, Washington. In-person visits, classes, and creative sessions are conducted in a warm, welcoming, and professionally maintained private residence. By scheduling or attending any in-person event at our studio, you agree to the following.

Reservations & Registration

All classes, Sip & Paint sessions, and studio visits require advance registration. Walk-ins are not accepted. Payment in full or an agreed deposit is required to hold your spot. Space is intentionally limited to preserve the quality of your experience.

Health, Safety & Conduct

Guests are expected to treat the studio space, artwork, and other participants with care and respect. Simply For Everyone reserves the right to ask any guest to leave who engages in disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe behavior. No refund will be issued in such cases.

You are welcome to enjoy a drink during Sip & Paint events. We ask that all guests drink responsibly. We reserve the right to limit alcohol consumption for the safety and comfort of all participants.

Liability Waiver

Participation in any in-person class, workshop, or studio event is at your own risk. Simply For Everyone, Joy Anne Hodge, and Jefferson Adshead are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property occurring on the premises. By attending any in-person event, you acknowledge and accept this condition. A brief waiver may be required at the time of check-in.

Photography Policy

We love sharing the magic of creativity! Photos taken during classes or studio events may be shared on our social media channels. If you prefer not to appear in photos, please let us know at the start of your visit and we will honor that request completely.

Affiliate & Referral Partner Program

Do you love original art and believe in what we are creating at Simply For Everyone? We would love to grow together. Our Affiliate & Referral Partner Program allows you to earn a commission by introducing our work — our art, classes, and creative experiences — to the people in your life.

How It Works

When you refer a customer who completes a purchase or class enrollment through your personal referral link or code, you earn a negotiated percentage of the net sale amount. Commissions are tracked, calculated, and paid out monthly via PayPal or check.

Who Is This For

Our affiliate program is a great fit for interior designers, life coaches, event planners, community organizers, bloggers, social media creators, or anyone with a heart for art and a community who trusts them. There is no cost to join and no minimum sales requirement to remain active.

Program Terms

Commissions are earned on completed sales only. Refunded or cancelled orders do not qualify. Simply For Everyone reserves the right to modify commission rates or program terms with 30 days' written notice to active partners. Affiliate relationships must be disclosed in accordance with FTC guidelines wherever applicable.
